As a Geelong-based copywriter, editor and literary agent, I am passionate about advocating for authors to enable them to have long-lasting and rewarding careers. I also work with businesses and individuals to create clear and persuasive copy that builds deep emotional connections with their ideal audience, establishes trust and increases sales. My aim is to write great copy so clients can spend time on the things they would rather be doing.
With experience working in book publishing editing fiction and picture books, I have also edited nonfiction projects and academic theses. I help authors at any stage of their career to uncover the magic in their writing that makes them unique.
My training includes: a BA in Fine Arts with Honours; professional writing and editing qualifications from Victoria University; as well as copywriting and real estate copywriting through the Australian Writers' Centre. I am also a current member of IPEd and other writing organisations in Australia.
Hailing from a creative background, some of my personal interests include: creative writing (WIP include children's picture books and a crime novel), music (classically trained pianist), cooking, horticulture, photography and botanical illustration.
